Purpose of the Training Programme

The ILM Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role.  The qualification does this by developing comprehensive leadership and management skills and specific facilities management skills.

Solving problems and making decisions                                                                                     Unit        M3.01
