British Institute of Facilities Management Level 4: Study Topics and Learning Outcomes The full range of Level 4 subjects is indicated below; but please bear in mind that all of the subjects are studied for the Diploma, Some of the subjects are studied for the Certificate and just a few are studied for the Award. British Institute of Facilities Management Level 5: The level 5 qualifications programme is being developed at the current time (July 2010) and we will be offering learners attendance on this qualification from October 2010.
