Study unit content and learning outcomes

The study units for this qualification are given below and for each study unit we have indicated the unit aims and the learning outcomes. How each of the learning outcomes is assessed has not been indicated here, but will be explained via our comprehensive Learner Handbook which is issued to learners upon enrollment and by the tutor(s) in the induction session which takes place on the morning of the first day of the training programme.

Unit: M3.01

Solving problems and making decisions

Aims: To develop knowledge and understanding of solving problems and making decisions as required by a practising or potential first line manager
