Making Choices

The Certificate Option

The Certificate qualification is the best choice for managers with limited prior academic training in FM, and wish to confirm their practical knowledge with an industry recognised qualification. No previous qualifications are required to join the Certificate though learners are reminded that the study regime will require a level of dedication commensurate with the type of discipline that managers working at this level would be used to.

The Diploma Option

The Diploma qualification can be achieved in one of two ways. Firstly, by commencing with the Certificate and undertaking a consistent but challenging workload and topping up to the Diploma once the Certificate has been achieved. Secondly, by making this choice at the outset. However, before bookings can be taken for the Diploma programme the Blue-Eye tutors will need to conduct a professional discussion with the learner so as to assess the suitability of the programme choice in accordance with the demands of a very significant study regime.
