The British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Level 6 is particularly appropriate to experienced senior managers and facilities professionals wishing to validate their strategic knowledge of facilities management who are working at a senior level in FM. Blue-Eye Training offer the Award, Certificate and Diploma – the choice depends on the size of qualification that is the most appropriate for the learner, according the time that they have available.

The programme format allows learners to study via a blended learning programme covering a the mandatory and optional units to enable the learner to achieve a Level 6 qualification over a 4 to 24 month period. Tuition is based on covering standalone units thus allowing learners to join the programme at any time with a flexible induction scheme. There are topic workshops for each unit, followed by a period of self-study, culminating in a reflective workshop prior to this issue of the unit assessment. Learning materials are issued at regular intervals, allowing learners to pace themselves, and complete the set coursework. The reflective workshops encourage learners to discuss the issues encountered, present elements of their coursework, and share practical experiences, prior to the formal assessment.
