Understanding Energy & Utilities Management and the Impact on FM
We always ask that you open the documents in the order they have been provided, and work through them in that order.  Please follow any instructions you come across, read the training materials carefully and work through the exercises and tasks patiently. 
 
Some assignments require you to be submitted to your tutors for their review. For these, we intend to provide you with feedback by way of a tutor's report. It normally takes three to five business days for us to get the report back to you after submitting the assignment work to us.
